Janine Aubel is a seasoned scientist in all phases of global drug development of ethical medicines with vast experience in  clinical, regulatory affairs, project management and quality assurance.  

Janine plays a key role in advancing Cool Flame Bio’s clinical programs, bringing depth and exceptional rigor across the company’s development efforts. She brings over 30 years of global drug development strategy with experience in Phase 1, 2 and 3 global trials in both sponsor pharmaceutical companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Allergan, Allegro Ophthalmics and ICON Clinical Research where she held increasing levels of responsibility in clinical research and operations management. 

She is experienced in a number of therapeutic areas such as ophthalmology, oncology, dermatology, inflammatory disease, infectious disease and vaccines.

Janine holds a B.S. in Biology/Medical Technology at SUNY (Albany University) and an MBA in Executive Healthcare Administration at University of California at Irvine.
